Q:Does it bother you when writers write for both Marvel and DC at the same time? Or is the idea that DC and Marvel hate each other just a myth?

DC is my competitor. DC is not my enemy.

If there’s a writer whose work I like, I’d prefer that they were working for Marvel, but I don’t mind that they may also want to do other things—unless those other things get in the way of getting their Marvel work completed in a timely fashion.

I’ve got no hatred for DC, and a lot of love for both a number of their characters and a bunch of the people who work there on staff. But that doesn’t mean I don’t think they do stupid stuff from time to time (like trying to sell covers rather than stories.)
